SC4 Tee Sections

SC4 has a patented splitting line that can handle structural tee sections up to 1000mm wide and produces what is considered an industry leading superior quality Tee. This is achieved by using a COLD SPLITTING process that eliminates unnecessary heat input that oxy fuel splitting causes throughout the cutting area (Heat Affected Zone).

This patented cold splitting process minimises (often eliminates) web/stalk distortion which makes final straightening simple, quick and produces our superior quality Tee. This process can also be used to split hollow sections, reduce flanges on beams/columns and trim legs on angles to make bespoke sections.
