Our multiple CNC cut/drill lines can process a wide range of steel sections for your projects with excellent lead times and accredited superior quality. Whether it is beams, columns, hollow sections, angles, channels or special sections, they can all be processed to NSSS tolerances and higher as per your exact requirements.

Our Unmatched Skills

Working in collaboration with your supplied NC data, our specialised technical team can nest and allocate your material (free issue or full supply) for best yield, against erectable phases or sequential lots to suit your workshop and site schedules.

Our technical team can use provided NC data (DSTV or XML) to automatically programme, which is both cost effective and time efficient. Alternatively, other formats (DWG or DXF) can be manually programmed in-house and added to your estimate if that’s a requirement of your contract.

Cutting – Square and mitre cuts
Drilling – Multi Axis drilling up to 40mm DIA / 40mm – 200mm DIA can be milled
Coping & Notching – Milled and scribed (for manual profiling)
Tapping – 8mm – 40mm
Slots – Multi Axis Milling
Access Openings – Milled or bored to customer specification
Countersinking – Milled or scribed for manual profiling
Scribe/Layout Marking – Multi Axis Scribing / fittings location / setting out lines / part number / lifting points
Tolerances – +/- 3mm
